Andreas Lischka is a banking and capital markets lawyer focusing on leveraged finance transactions.
He represents both lenders and borrowers in acquisition financings and other loans. He also advises on the issuance of high yield notes, other bonds and promissory notes (Schuldscheine). In addition, Andreas regularly advises on structured finance transactions such as (structured) covered bonds, securitisations and hybrid instruments. His expertise also covers the acquisition and sale of non-performing loan portfolios.
Andreas Lischka also advises in relation to banking supervisory law, in particular in connection with the set-up, acquisition or initial public offerings of banks and other financial institutions.
Before joining White & Case in 2018, he worked over seven years in the Banking and Finance department of another leading law firm in its Frankfurt, London and Dusseldorf offices.
