Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Projektengagemang Sweden AB and its principal owners on the SEK 1.2 billion (approximately €116.5 million) initial public offering and listing of Projektengagemang on Nasdaq Stockholm.
Projektengagemang is a multi-disciplinary operator in the Swedish technical consulting market, offering services in areas such as architecture, project management, urban planning, building design, infrastructure, industry and energy to customers in both the private and public sectors.
The company is headquartered in Stockholm and has a presence in more than 35 Swedish cities through approximately 50 offices, and also has a presence in Chennai, India, through its subsidiary PE-Aristi.
The White & Case team in Stockholm which advised on the transaction was co-led by partners Darragh Byrne and Johan Thiman with support from associates Per Svantesson, Gustaf Wiklund and Björn Torsteinsrud.
